Return and exchange policy
45 DAY GUARANTEE and free return shipping (with store credit). Should you be unsatisfied with anything you bought from Laptop bag int. you can return it for a full refund or store credit (less shipping and handling expenses).

Returns will be accepted only for unused products in new condition with tags intact. Laptop bag int. must receive the product within 45 days or less from the original purchase date.Returns or exchanges not following our policy may be rejected or returned to sender at your own cost.

How to return or exchange an item

Send us an email to Returns@lbint.com indicating the following details:

· invoice or order number .

· Please specify the reason why you are returning the item.

· Would you like a store credit or a full refund?

· item location

· If you want to exchange your item, indicate what item(s) you would like in exchange.

Following your application, we will send you further instruction regarding how and where to you should send the item. (Depending on item location)

Taxes or duties

Orders in general are shipped within 1 to 2 business days and should arrive within the time frame specified 2 to 5 business days for standard Express Mail International.Shipping days listed with each product are based on business days (Monday - Friday).

Our items may be shipped from multiple worldwide locations or via multiple methods, so you may receive your purchase in separate shipments at no additional cost.Shipping method is at the sole discretion of Laptop bag int.Laptop bag int. shipping policy is subjected to change with no advance notice.

Order status
laptop bag int. is dedicated to providing 100% satisfaction and going the extra step. We will maintain constant communication with you during the entire order cycle. First, you will receive a duplicate of this Order Confirmation via email. Hence, you will receive an Order Status email that will provide shipping information. All our product are being send by USPS, UPS, EMS or FedEx. They all issue shipping tracking number and you can traces your shipment online.

Manufacturer Warranty

All bags made by Loopbag carry a limited one (1) year warranty against possible defects in material and workmanship. Shall such defect appears, Loopbag will either repair or replace the bag at its own discretion. This warranty is granted to the first-buyer of the bag, and will end either at the end of the one( 1) year warranty period, or after the first buyer sells or gives his Loopbag away, whichever is shorter.Make sure you keep your proof of purchase as no warranty claim will be accepted without it. Any sending made to Loopbag will be at the buyer’s expense, and will be made under the buyer’s responsibility. Loopbag cannot be liable for any direct or indirect losses occurred during the warranty period. Loopbag arranges then the second shipment at its own expense if we find out any material or workmanship defect.

Disclaimer of liability: This warranty does not cover the natural breakdown of materials, seams or components which may occur after extended use of the product. This warranty only applies to defects that impact the performance of the product, and not cosmetic issues due to normal wear and tear of the product. This warranty does not cover accidents, improper operation or care, modifications, abuse, purposeful damage or effects of force majeure like an earthquake or floods … it also excludes demands for indirect or direct losses or consequential damages that are derived from a warranty case.

Finally, Loopbag cannot be liable for loss or damage of computers, loss or damage of programs, recordings or data.

This warranty does not affect customer's statutory rights
